All sales are final.No refunds or exchanges.
All our desserts are baked to order and we do not accept returns. Credit or a replacement order to the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition of your order upon arrival you must contact us within 2 hours of receipt.
Shannon's Sweets will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time. In the event of an unsatisfactory order, you must return the item to us for inspection, or provide us with sufficient photographic evidence, only then can we issue credit towards future orders.
All orders cancelled 15 days or more, prior the delivery/pick-up date will receive full credit
on the order total, provided we have not begun work on your order.
Those orders cancelled within 8-14 days prior to delivery/pick-up date will receive
a 50% credit
, provided we have not begun work on your order.
Orders cancelled within 0-7 days prior to the delivery/pick-up date will
not be
entitled to a credit.
