Storage and Care

-Whipped Cream: Desserts with whipped cream need to be kept refrigerated until serving time.


-Buttercream Cakes: Desserts and cakes with buttercream can be left in a cold air-con room for up to 1-2 hours, depending on how cold the room is. Otherwise, it would need to be refrigerated. If refrigerated, let it come to room temperature by leaving it out at least 10-15 minutes in a non air conditioned room and around 30 mins in a cold room. Buttercream cakes can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for upto 1 week.


-White chocolate Ganache: Any dessert with white chocolate ganache needs to be kept refrigerated. If refrigerated, let it come to room temperature by leaving it out at least 10-15 minutes in a non air conditioned room and around 30 mins in a cold room


-Cupcakes: Our cupcakes are best eaten at room temperature. While our cupcakes can be stored at room temp for upto 3 days, heat may cause them to partially melt. Our cupcakes can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for upto a week. Any dessert with white chocolate ganache needs to be kept refrigerated.


-Macarons: Our macarons are best eaten cold and stored in the container they arrive in or in an airtight container in the fridge. While they are best eaten fresh, macarons stay good for upto 1 week in the fridge and upto 2 months in the freezer.


-Cookies: Our cookies are best eaten and stored at room temperature or heated for 10 seconds. They must be kept in an airtight container. The cookies have a shelf life of up to 3 months with no added preservatives once stored in the freezer. 


-Brownies: Our brownies are best eaten out of the fridge or cool. They can be stored in the fridge for 1 week. They must be kept in an airtight container or in the box they come in and stored in the fridge. 


-Gluten free cakes: All gluten free cakes should be consumed within 2 days. They can be stored in an airtight box in the fridge and eaten cool or at room temp.

  • Should your order be delivered to a venue, it is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that the venue has proper storage for the cake/desserts. If you need information on the box size, or any other details to ensure proper storage, please do not hesitate to ask us for details. We would not be held responsible if the venue does not have proper conditions to store the desserts.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the desserts are stored appropriately and we would not be held responsible for any damages due to improper storage.

  • Edible and fresh flowers come with wires and floral tape to attach them safely to the cakes. Please ensure these are not served to children.

  • Please ensure all non edible items such as dowels, name plaques, boards, wires are removed prior to serving.


Two-Tiered Cake Care:

  1. Tiered cakes come with a central wooden or PVC dowel for support and additional dowels within the cake. Please 

    do not

     face-slam anyone into the cakes as that can result in severe injury. 

  2. Tiered cakes have boards underneath each tier. This aids in easy removal of the tiers prior to cutting.

  3. Edible and fresh flowers come with wires and floral tape to attach them safely to the cakes. Please ensure these are not served to children

  4. Please ensure all non edible items such as dowels, name plaques, boards, wires are removed prior to serving.
